What happens with your donation?
1. The Pleistocene & Permafrost Foundation non-profit UG has a shareholders' agreement identical to that of the Pleistocene Park Foundation OOO in Cherski. Both contracts have been audited and approved by the Munich Tax Office. They are the basis of the foundation and prove the non-profit status.
2. Both companies have concluded a grant agreement with each other governing the use of funds and transactions.
3. Project-related investments are made directly through us or by prior arrangement with the Pleistocene Park Foundation.
4. The Advisory Board shall review and monitor the investment process.
5. The tax office annually audits the use of funds and non-profit status.
